From Passion Project to Pet Care Family
It all started in 2018 when our founder, Sarah Mitchell, noticed a gap in the pet care industry. As a pet parent herself, she struggled to find reliable, professional care for her two rescue dogs when she needed to travel for work.
“I wanted someone who would treat my dogs like family, not just a job,” Sarah recalls. “When I couldn't find that service, I decided to create it.”
What began with Sarah and one other dog lover walking neighborhood pups has grown into a full-service pet care company. But one thing hasn't changed: our commitment to treating every pet as if they were our own.
Today, PawPals is home to over 15 dedicated pet care professionals, each carefully selected for their experience, reliability, and most importantly, their genuine love for animals. We've served over 5,000 pets and continue to grow, always keeping that personal touch that makes us different.
